Terms

I agree to adhere to the following conditions in order to become a distributor of Military Energy Gum:

1. I will not distribute Military Energy Gum by any route through Amazon.com.
2. I will not offer Military Energy Gum in any form where the price is less than $1.17 per pack.
3. During our relationship I will not use or register Marketright’s names and designs in any way, except to execute its Military Energy Gum distributorship, and post distributorship will not use any Military Energy Gum names, designs or information it receives from Marketright to enter into competition with Marketright, Inc.
4. During our relationship I agree to not compete with Marketright, Inc. for a period of 3 years after the discontinuation of my association with Marketright, Inc.
5. I agree that Marketright can dissolve this agreement at any time, for any reason, with a 30-day notice.
6. I will not use any of Marketright’s co-packers or suppliers during our relationship and for 3 years after the discontinuation of my association with Marketright, Inc.
7. I agree that Marketright, Inc. is not responsible for any international shipping or customs problems.
8. I agree not to bid on keywords associated with the brand Military Energy Gum or engage in paid search marketing.
